How old are you?  What have you done for yourself, for the success of 10 years ahead of you? Do you have planned that how would you spend rest of your life time?  If you already have plan, good luck! If not, start from now.  

To achieve your targets you don’t need to have a specific time framework, but definitely you need to have a good plan. Without a proper plan, you will be just a creature born and soiled to earth. You need to identify what is your life’s purpose.

You born as a female. It doesn’t mean that you bare weak. Female is a gender. Not a scale. Being a male does not make you strong or being a female does not make you weak.

Life is not all about born to this world and just die. From childhood most of are having a good education from school. Once you done your Advanced Level’s some choose to continue their future with higher studies, some will start their career and some will get married, which is a common scenario in Sri Lankan society.

The first two categories, they choose to follow those paths because they had a plan for their life in a certain way.  But does getting married and give birth to many children and die, sounds good?

Simply, it is a woman giving up all their dreams and aspirations at young age. Marrying at a young age has no issues if you have proper plan for yourself. But if you are marrying just because you think you have no solution, you are not qualified, or whatever the reason, it is pointless.  Even though you marry at a young age, still you can plan your future and achieved your life goals!

If you are a housewife, do not waste your wonderful life just to sweep, cook, wash or whatever the household work. You can consume your time to learn an online business, learn a new language or learn a new skill. There are plenty of websites, online academies available for free. Use Facebook and other social media not just to gossip what other people do. Try to earn from home. It will make you satisfied as well as will make you financially independent.  So you don’t have to beg money for a single shampoo packet, from your husband.

For a change, plan what are your tasks for tomorrow.  Plan it for the week. Plan it for the month. Just as that plan your life not according to anyone’s framework, but only for your preference.  Think who you want to be in next 5 years, what you want to achieve within next 5 years. Plan that “I will achieve this goal at this age”. Build yourself.  Scrolling down the Facebook feed morning to evening and sharing feminists posts, screaming about women having periods, bleeding, asking respect, typical feminist ideas doesn’t make you a strong woman, but women with financially independent background, proper life plan, building themselves, DOES !
