If you feel you're not good enough......

It’s a part of the human condition to believe that, deep down, you are not good enough. Most reasons cause for this. Childhood abuses, current environment, whatever the reason, you feel this. You are always been good enough and no one can judge you or take anything from you. Sometimes you all just need is a little reminder to motivate you that how amazing you are.

Sometimes you feel that you may not good enough just because it’s just stress. Self- doubts arises for many reasons, most of them are depends on what we believe or how we feel. You must find a way to let it out. Only you can do it. Find an avenue to let it out that stress, anxiety and take some time to relax or moving somethings from your life. 

 Sometimes, it’s the comparisons that make you feel inadequate. Whether on social media, between siblings, or at work, comparisons often do nothing but damaging your self esteem. Don’t let Instagram or Facebook models fool you. Just having red lips, the picture perfect body , that long hair don’t make sense at all. You are beautiful and gorgeous, you just need to have a positive mind. Even the perfect people face challenges. You are just like them or better than them, nothing different. it is important to remember that.

Don’t let your past fool you. Make past tales as your strength. You should overcome with your past and face great challenges. Bad relationships, toxic friendships, leave all those stuff to your past. Don’t let yourself down. You are powerful.

 Mind your words that comes from your mouth. Don’t let you mind to speak negative talk. Always think that you can. Remember that negative self talk isn’t the truth. It’s not only often wrong, it has no control over you.
Don’t let others make you fool. You are your own boss and you are good enough. So head up!Otherwise your crown will fell down!
